you pronounce "Boudoir Soirées"?
First, let me tell you what it means. It is French for "Bedroom
Parties." The correct pronunciation is "Boo-dwa Swa-rays."
Give it a try out loud! It is fun to say.

Boudoir Soirées apart from the competition?

receive personal customized client service, and only the most professional
romantic party planning expertise. You are appreciated and treated
well. Boudoir Soirées permits LADIES ONLY to be present
at our parties. Men-only and couples parties are simply not allowed.
Our products are in stock and ready for
purchase at every party. This includes the beautiful lingerie! You
do not have to worry about catalog ordering, unless it is something
special just for you, that we do not already have in our regular
inventory. Our parties are more fun! We have more laughs, and we
provide an environment that makes most everyone feel comfortable
and relaxed. We do not embarrass anyone, most of all, ourselves!
We are independently owned by a woman, for women just like you.
We would not sell anything to you that we would not wear or use
ourselves. This keeps us abreast of all the latest trends in the
romantic products industry, and lets us move quickly on what's hot,
and what's not. Our access to the best suppliers in North America
is unparalleled. We can get you just about anything that you can

I place an order?
We do orders by phone, mail, email, private appointment, private parties, or Boudoir Soirées Web Store. You can call in your order by telephone to 251.441.0017. You

4. What
about shipping & handling?
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders more than $50.00, for addresses in the continental United States. For orders less than $49.99, shipping and handling is a flat rate of $5.00. We will make every effort to see that your items are shipped as
quickly as possible. Ground is 5-7 business days.
Next Business
Day: Add extra $25.00 to the ground shipping rate.
Available within the continental United States only for orders placed before
noon Central time, Monday-Friday.

5. What
about returns and exchanges?
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return
it within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund, excluding shipping
charges. The item must be in perfect condition with the original
tags attached. You MUST have the original box and packaging. Worn
or altered items cannot be returned. Because of health and hygiene
issues, panties may not be returned under any circumstances. If
the original packaging or box has been opened, or it is broken,
we can only accept it as an exchange. Please copy your original
invoice and include it with your return, with the reason for your
return written on the invoice. Please ship the items with the invoice
via UPS or USPS Priority or First Class Insured with a tracking number to:

Please Note: No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Merchandise
shipped to Boudoir Soirées after the 30-day period will be refused.
Boudoir Soirées reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns
showing evidence of wear. Any merchandise returned not in original
condition will be sent back to the purchaser C.O.D. No replacement
merchandise will be shipped until original merchandise is received

6. Do I have
to pay sales tax?
Alabama residents need to add 10% sales tax to their orders. Orders
shipped outside the state of Alabama are not taxable at this time.

is the Boudoir Soirées privacy policy? Is my personal information
safe?
Boudoir Soirées exercises the utmost discretion in guarding the
privacy of our special clients. All transactions are strictly confidential.
Your credit card information, as is any personal information you
provide to us, is confidential. We never, ever sell or share our
client information. We do not share any personal information with
third parties, unless required by law. A personal consultation with
the Romance Consultant is provided to each party guest, and product
purchases are made privately in a separate room. Most products are
kept in stock, so guests can take items they purchase home with
them after the party. Other products may be specially ordered and
are shipped directly to the purchaser in an unmarked package.

much does it cost to do a home party?
It depends on where you want to have the party. If you want to have
the party in Mobile County or Baldwin County of Alabama and Jackson County of Mississippi, then
the party setup fee is $25. If you want to have the party outside of these
areas, then there is a nominal setup fee that will be charged for
the Romance Consultant's gas and driving time. If you have any questions,

are designed primarily for ladies. Couples and men-only

18. What
happens at a Boudoir Soirée?
First, there is a fun and entertaining presentation by the Romance
Consultant. During the presentation, she will tell some funny stories
and show some romantic products. The presentation usually lasts
about 45 minutes (but can be shortened or eliminated to accommodate
any host's party schedule.) Next comes the drawing for the FREE
DOOR PRIZE. After the drawing, then everyone can shop privately
in a separate room, and they can leave with their purchases in a
brown shopping bag. Only one or two guests may shop at a time. There
is generally no ordering of products. Most of the products are in
stock and ready for purchase at the party.

forms of payment do you accept at Boudoir Soirées?
We accept Cash and all major Credit
Cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We also accept money orders, and certified bank checks. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.

20. How many
guests do I need to have my own Boudoir Soirée?
There is a minimum of 10 guests required to have your own
Boudoir Soirée. You should invite twice the number of required guests
in order to guarantee the minimum number of guests will arrive for
the party. For example, if you want 10 guests to arrive, you should
invite 20 people. Some successful and proven ways to get the minimum
of 10 required guests are: Co-host the party with another friend
or two, so that you can join all your friends together for the party,
Tell everyone you invite to bring a friend with them to the party,
Ask everyone you invite to R.S.V.P. with a phone call. It is critical to call all
your guests ahead of time to make sure that they are coming to your
party. We require at least
10 party guests so that we can sell enough products to make it worth
our while to prepare for the party and drive out to the party site. If less than 10 guests arrive at your party, the host earns 5 percent of total party sales as free merchandise credit.

21. If I
host a Boudoir Soirée, do I get FREE products?
Yes! If a minimum of 10 guests arrives for the party, then the host
will receive 10 percent of total party sales as a host incentive
credit towards the merchandise of their choice. The merchandise
credit may be split between multiple hosts, or it may also be transferred
to anyone at the party. If there is a guest of honor, like a birthday
person or a bride, the credit may be given to them at the sole discretion
of the host. Remember: the more people you invite, the more we can
sell, and the more FREE products for the host at the end of the
party! If less than 10 guests arrive at your party, the host earns 5 percent of total party sales as free merchandise credit.

22. What
is included in the complimentary host packet?
Once your Boudoir Soirée is booked and reserved with the Romance
Consultant, a complimentary host packet is mailed. Inside the manila
envelope is a party planning folder, and the folder contents are:
Confirmation Letter with the date, time, and address of your party;
Brochure; Business Card; Party Planning Checklist; Product and Price
Order Form; Free Sample Invitation that may be copied or color-copied;
and a Policies and Procedures sheet with all the party details to
remember. If envelopes are needed for the invitations, they may
be purchased at any office supply store, and are marked "Invitation
Envelopes." We recommend that you mail every invitation with a copy of the order form to every guest.

23. Do you
have a cancellation or reschedule policy?
At Boudoir Soirées, we are dedicated to providing impeccable decadence
to our clients one party at a time and therefore we reserve your
party time exclusively for you. We understand that occasionally
unexpected circumstances arise that make it inconvenient or impossible
for you to host your party at the scheduled time. However, we request
that you notify us of any party cancellations as soon as possible. We always recommend rescheduling your party, rather than cancelling it. Boudoir Soirées reserves the right to cancel a scheduled engagement in the event of the Romance Consultant's unforeseen illness or emergency. In such rare cases, the Romance Consultant will make every reasonable effort to provide the client with as much advance notice as possible of the cancellation to mitigate inconvenience to the client. Further, clients will be provided with the opportunity to reschedule the event without having to pay an additional setup fee or, if no agreement as to date and time can be reached, the originally setup fee will be refunded.

24. When
will the Romance Consultant arrive at the party site?
Usually, the Romance Consultant arrives about 30 minutes prior to
the party time to meet the host and set up the merchandise. Help
with the unloading and loading is always appreciated, but is not
required.
